1. To count the number of words in your document:
- Open your document using Microsoft Word
- Open "Tools" Menu
- Count your words selecting the "Word Count" function
- If your material is in an electronic format that does not allow you to effectuate a word count, you can send it to us directly via
e-mail.
We'll count the words and send you a fast, free of charge non-obbligatory estimate.
2. All prices exclude VAT.
3. Minimum fee: € 50.00 (VAT excluded).
4. Mirroring the international standards of the translation market, we count per source text word. For clients who wish to count per page: 1 page = 1500 chars including spaces and, depending on the language, is about 220 words.

6. The rates can be indicative. They may vary based on the complexity of the work, the subject, delivery terms, language, text format, supply of reference material & glossaries, payment conditions, etc.
